Why Do Bad Teachers Prosper? #Infographic

I know some colleagues are not going to be happy with this infographic. Since it's a critique to tenure in the faculty ranks, I would like everyone to understand what exactly the term means:

"Tenure provides job security and protects the academic freedom of experienced professors. Firing a tenured professor is almost unheard of. Tenure exists because people have been killed for their teachings."
